Application of Machine Learning Technology for Automatic Motion Recognition for Japanese Tea-Making Procedure of CHA-NO-YU

Abstract: CHA-NO-YU, the Japanese traditional tea-making ceremony, has been a research subject in many academic fields including anthropology, psychology, and engineering.
