As it is known, one of the initial and important stages in the creation of optimal control systems of oil refining technological units is the development of a mathematical model that can adequately record the processes at any time. The operative and accurate measurement of all input and output variables is one of the important conditions in the development of a mathematical model of technological processes. Studies have shown that the lack of information about the state of complex oil refining processes in many cases reduces their efficiency and effectiveness. On the other hand, the wide range of both quality and quantity of raw materials for processing makes their efficiency even more unsatisfactory. Under these conditions, it is difficult to develop mathematical models that can adequately describes the static modes of technological processes; the development of mathematical models is relevant both in scientific and practical terms. A priori information required on input and output variables during normal operation of the technological complex in order to implement mathematical models identification for the vacuum block of the oil refining process unit is provided in the article. On the basis of this static information, mathematical dependencies were constructed between the variables characterizing the static mode of technological processes and the adequacy of the obtained mathematical models was confirmed through the statistical apparatus In order to solve the problems, the research was determined to be able adequately describe the current technological conditions, which can quickly adapt to current technological situations and ensure the production of oil fractions with relatively stable quality, regardless of the disturbing effects of the system

The health operation of rotating machinery guarantees safety of the project. To ensure a good operating environment, current subway equipment inspections frequency is high, resulting in a waste of resources. Small abnormal changes in mechanical equipment will also contribute to the development of mechanical component defects, which will ultimately lead to the failure of the equipment. Therefore, mechanical equipment defects should be detected and diagnosed as soon as possible. Through the use of graphic processing and deep learning, this paper proposes Rmcad Framework with three aspects: condition monitoring, anomaly detection, defect early warning. Using a network algorithm, this paper proposes an improved model that has the characteristics of two-stream and multi-loss functions, which improves the accuracy of detection. Additionally, a defect warning method is constructed to improve the perception ability of equipment before failure occurs and reduce the frequency of frequent maintenance by detecting anomalies according to the degree of opening.

In each company operating on the market, various business processes are implemented: production, logistics, warehouse, marketing, HR and payroll and many others. In enterprises with a high organizational culture, these processes are always measured; various indicators related to the effectiveness and efficiency of these processes are measured and analyzed, and on this basis management decisions are made for the entire enterprise. The aim of this work was to verify the assumption that by properly defining the process of “exploitation” of technical objects (understood as the combination of the processes of operation and maintenance), it is possible to obtain information not only about the effectiveness of this process itself, but also about other business processes carried out in companies. For this purpose, the so-called “exploitation states” characteristic of technical objects used in two different types of small enterprises, i.e., mechanical workshops and taxi enterprises, were defined. Then, in two such workshops and three taxi companies, the time spent by the objects in defined states was measured, and the results were analyzed. We found significant differences in these values even for companies of a similar size and nature. After discussing the results with the owners of the companies, it was found that the differences resulted from different visions of the functioning of each company and—which is very important—their context. In the following, it was shown that properly defining and measuring the exploitation states of technical objects can be useful for improving not only “technical” processes but also most of the business processes carried out in enterprises.
