Company Xis one of the companies in Indonesia that produces seasoned flour. This seasoned flour product uses the main raw material in the form of wheat flour. Company Xhas 3 suppliers of wheat flour raw materials used. In the process, there are problems with these suppliers in supplying wheat flour, including delays in the fulfillment of raw materials, the amount of raw materials sent does not match the demand, causing disruption to the production process, so Company Xneeds to evaluate suppliers of wheat flour to choose suppliers who the best that can be used so as not to interfere with the production process. In evaluating the performance of this supplier, the method used is the Balanced Scorecard in determining the criteria for supplier measurement indicators based on a financial perspective, a customer perspective, an internal business process perspective and a learning and growth perspective. This study aims to obtain the best supplier of wheat flour raw materials. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the best wheat flour supplier performance is the UPS supplier with a value of 148.09 meaning the company is satisfied with the UPS supplier performance because it is in the 80-160 value range so that it can be used as the main supplier in supplying wheatflour, then the ACL supplier. which gets a value of 151.37 which means that the company is also satisfied with the performance of the ACL supplier so that it can be used as a backup supplier

Every company certainly wants a good product and lots of it in order to get a profit, where at this time the competition is very tight. Therefore, this research is motivated by the many reject problems in the primary packaging product process (filling). This research was carried out at a pharmaceutical company located in Bogor, Wanaherang by taking problems with infusion bottles in January -March 2022, researchers also used 3 comparisons of infusion bottle products in companies, includes: levofloxacin, metronidaol, paracetamol infusion where the number of rejects in January and the most rejects in paracetamol infusion products are 2,303 pcs for 3 months, therefore this study aims to reduce the existing rejects by using the DMAIC, KAIZEN, Six sigma, FMEA and 7tools methodswith the results of the study finding 3 critical to quality that covers: fiber, dirt, packaging. The researcher proposes to improve human resources using the KAIZEN 5Smethodand also scheduling operator training and machine maintenance checks every month so that during the production process minimize all obstacles.

Analysis of Barcode System Design and Checklist to Reduce the Lead Time of Delivery of Goods using FIFO Method at PT Indo food TBK Company of Indonesia

PT. Indofood, in carrying out goods storage and retrieval activities, is carried out without a barcode and checklist system. Without this system causes high lead times, referring to the time recorded by the SAT system. This system is used by management to control the loading/unloading movement of the company. Longer times often result in inefficiency and wasted resources, and companies should review their processing times against benchmarks to identify ways to improve their lead times. The purpose of this study is to provide improvement efforts to overcome delivery errors on finished goods, reduce the lead time of the delivery process with the kanban system through the FIFO method, and compare the difference in the lead time of the delivery process before and after the procedure. The author's research process in carrying out research from planning to carrying out research at a specific time. The analysis carried out is to evaluate the results of the delivery system improvement, search for goods to be sent based on the delivery plan, and the amount of time required to make deliveries based on the lead time displayed via SAT. The results showed that the kanban checklist design using the FIFO method could reduce problems in shipping in and out of products in the warehouse by reducing recording errors and accelerating the recording process quickly, precisely and accurately. The product process flow based on the kanban checklist system makes it easier for operators in the implementation process from incoming products to outgoing products. Item data will be entered automatically into the existing computer Kanban checklist using the FIFO method. The type of barcode used is a barcode that can input data in the form of letters, numbers and symbols. The company needs this type because the data inputted in the barcode uses these three forms.
