With the surge in the amount of data in the internal and external environment, the collection, analysis, processing, and storage of the increasing data sources and data volume, as well as the problems of big data management, are the current situation and dilemmas of data management faced by enterprises today. Cognitive science and big data technology can provide good auxiliary support for enterprise management decision-making. This study takes the business information management of cold chain logistics enterprises as an example, aiming at the characteristics of business intelligence data in real applications, based on cognitive science and big data technology, from low-cost and high-performance storage, security management, and big data analysis. This paper is mainly through the research of big data processing theory and key technologies. Based on analyzing the logistics industry’s data access rules and characteristics, this study proposes a hot data prediction model for multilayer hybrid storage systems. It is verified that the prediction model has good accuracy, robustness, and universality. For the application scenario of multitenant distributed data access, a data transparent security management model is proposed. Simulation experiments show that this method can realize data security management when the performance loss is controlled within an acceptable range. Based on the real-time computing technology of massive data, the label optimization scheme of collaborative filtering and reinforcement learning is used to realize the logistics distribution recommendation model and to solve the accuracy and real-time problems of logistics service distribution analysis.

In the future, the Internet of things will reduce the cell radius and increase the number of low-power nodes to support thousands of times of traffic growth under 5G. As a virtual multiple input multiple output technology, cooperative communication technology can solve these problems effectively. According to the evolution characteristics of cooperative communication networks, a multi-domain cooperative communication network evolution model with preferential attachment and random attachment is constructed in this article. And then, the network properties and robustness are analyzed using the mean-field method and different attacks. Aiming at the resource constraints and resource allocation problems of communication nodes, a relay selection strategy based on the combination of maximum degree and minimum clustering coefficient is proposed. The simulation results show that the relay node selection strategy based on the combination of maximum degree and minimum clustering coefficient has significant advantages in selection steps and selection time, which greatly enhanced the performance of relay selection in multi-domain cooperative communication networks. Through real-time monitoring and updating of the performance and security indicators of the multi-domain cooperative communication networks, it provides a strong guarantee for the node deployment and security management of the Internet of things cooperative communication system.

Data are playing an increasingly important role in the development of industry–education cooperation strategies in vocational education and training. The objective of this study was to promote the comprehensive progress of an industry–education cooperation system and improve the effect of the application of big data technology in this system. First, we designed of a big data technology application in an intelligent management platform system for industry–education cooperation. Second, we analyzed the synthetical design of the system. Finally, we optimized and designed a support vector machine (SVM) data mining (DM) algorithm model based on big data, and evaluated the model. The results revealed that the designed algorithm model provides outstanding advantages compared with similar algorithm models. In general, the highest average computation time of the designed SVM algorithm model is about 95 ms. The overall average calculation time linearly decreases around 200 iterations and tends to be stable, and the lowest overall average computation time is about 20 ms. In the DM process, the highest accuracy rate of the model is about 97%, and the lowest is about 92%. The DM accuracy rate is always stable as the number of iterations of the model continues to increase. The designed model slowly increases the occupancy rate of the system in the process of increasing computing time. At about 60 min, the system occupancy rate of the model tends to be stable, and the highest is maintained at about 23%. This study not only provides technical support for the optimization of DM algorithms with big data technology, but also contributes to the integrated development of industry–education cooperation systems.
