Abstract

The research was conducted in March 2022, using the databases Latin American and Caribbean Literature on Health Sciences (Lilacs), National Library of Medicine (PubMed), MEDLINE, Web of Science and Scopus, in English. and Meta-Analyses extension for Scoping Reviews (PRSMA-ScR) Checklist (PRISMA, 2020). The criteria adopted for inclusion and exclusion and the specific keywords/descriptors: drug discovery; in silico clinical trial; computational methods; model-informed drug Discovery and development; virtual patients.
