Application of Imperialist Competitive Algorithm to Solve Constrained Economic Dispatch

Abstract: In the constrained dynamic ED problem, considering some practical operation constraints of generators, such as ramp rate limits and prohibited operating zones, electric power generation of units are scheduled.
