Abstract:Collisions of vehicles that occur in cities involve relatively low speeds. Even though the speed of a collision is not high passengers are exposed to a risk of neck spine damage when a rear-end accident takes place. These injures are referred to as Whiplash injuries which are difficult to verify when it is necessary to resolve a rear-end collision damage claim.
