Application of High Performance Liquid Chromatography Method for Triadimenol Analysis in Water Sample

Abstract: Triadimenol is the most important triazole fungicide used for prevention and treatment of plant fungal disease. A simple high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for triadimenol analysis in water sample is reported in this study. The optimized HPLC system using C18 column was achieved using mobile phase composition containing acetonitrile-water (70:30, v/v), a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, UV detection at 220 nm, and analysis time within 2.5 min. The calibration graph was linear in the range 5 to 50 mg/… Show more

“…The precision test expressed as relative standard deviation (RSD) has been evaluated, measuring in six repetitions using the standard solution of econazole 50 mg/L. This test uses the principle of repeatability in which the test is carried out on the same day at the same equipment condition, solvent, and analysis (Hermawan et al, 2020). Based on the test results, the first and second peak enantiomeric standard deviation values were 0.42 and 0.22, respectively.…”

“…Therefore, it is extensively applied to agricultural production [6]. The detection methods of triazole pesticides mainly include HPLC [7–9], LC‐MS/MS [10, 11], and so on, which mainly detect the raceme of triazole fungicides. Triazole fungicides contain one or two chiral centers, and two or four enantiomers [12].…”
