Abstract:The thin-film solid-phase microextraction
(TF-SPME) technique
is
the latest advancement in volatile extraction. A thin film is a carbon
mesh sheet (typically 20 mm × 4.7 mm) covered with a sorptive
phase, which can be used in headspace (HS) or immersion mode. In this
study, HS-TF-SPME was evaluated for volatile analysis in Pinot Noir.
