An event organizer can be defined as organizing an activity that is managed professionally, systematically, efficiently and effectively. Its activities include concepts (planning), implementation and supervision. Currently the event information dissemination system is carried out by promoting events through the website, social media and also many event organizers who sell event tickets offline by opening stands at other events and in certain areas. Distribution of tickets in this way raises several problems, namely the occurrence of long queues that will spend a lot of time and the additional costs of establishing the stand. Opportunities for the dissemination of event information and online ticket sales began to be glimpsed by the event organizer as a promising land because it provides accurate information and saves time and costs while promoting. From these problems, we designed an application "Up-Event" system that is useful to assist event organizers in selling ticket events. This system besides being based on website is also based on Android. In this system, the attendance feature of the event participant uses QR Code technology. In addition to reducing the use of too much paper and long queues during attendance, QR Code also guarantees the security of the event because the authenticity of tickets is used as a condition for entry into the event.

Transportation managers and engineers are often required to make decisions regarding the use of limited resources that directly affect public safety, costs, and the overall performance of transportation systems. One important decision involves prioritizing the deployment of resources (e.g., personnel and variable signs) to low visibility areas due to fog or other environmental and road conditions. Due to the lack of proper approaches to characterize and incorporate weather and road condition parameters in the decisionmaking process, transportation managers depend mainly on personal experience to make these types of decisions. To help them prioritize the deployment of resources to low visibility areas, this research presents a fuzzy inference system (FIS) framework composed of three fuzzy systems that characterize fog occurrence, road risk conditions, and deployment of resources. Preliminary experiments to evaluate the developed fog occurrence FIS against four methods presented in the literature using data from two weather stations showed that the FIS model outperformed three of the other methods in accuracy. These results are very promising given that the other methods represent more expensive solution approaches that require large amounts of data, significant time-consuming data preparation, network architecture design tasks, and high processing power.

The purpose of this paper is to develop a fuzzy logic model for traffic system. This model is used to overcome the problem of traffic congestion in cities. Consequently, travelling time, fuel consumption and pollution can reduce. Moreover, traffic flow prediction helps the transport users to plan their time of travel and also in selecting the travelling path depending on the predicted information. In this paper, we used density of vehicles variable to design a system which uses the green signal depending on the number of vehicles in that particular line. Here fuzzy logic toolbox of MATLAB is used. The fuzzy sets and membership functions are chosen in an appropriate manner.
