The relevance of the article lies in examining the functional relationship between blockchain and fintech technologies in the innovative digital space of financial and industrial companies. The research aims to investigate the directions for the development of large integrated systems of financial and industrial capital, based on the principles of intensive production. The research methodology included the following methods: analytical (literature review, quantitative analysis), methods of comparison, generalization, and systematization. In particular, quantitative analysis was applied to calculate the index of digital cyber protection, which serves as an indicator and summarizes the safe properties of information resources in the digital space of banking institutions and their ability to prevent cyber-attacks on the financial and industrial capital of subjects in united spheres of economic activity. The results of the research have shown that the optimal criteria for the index of digital cyber protection are financially linked to industrial capital. The article substantiates the macroprudential policy of Ukraine’s banking sector based on blockchain regulators and fintech technologies from the EU, which foster the intensive development of technological competitiveness among financial institutions. The article can be useful for financial and industrial executives, banking institutions, consulting firms, and educators seeking insights into the integration of blockchain and fintech technologies.

In this digital era, the use of e-commerce has expanded and is widely adopted by society. One of the reasons why people use e-commerce platforms is because of their convenience and ease of use. However, the rapid growth of ecommerce has led to a substantial rise in transactions within the platform, involving various business entities. Therefore, it is crucial to perform customer segmentation to group them based on their purchasing behavior. The implementation of data mining techniques, such as clustering, is highly beneficial in this case. Clustering helps process datasets and transform them into useful information. In this study, transaction data obtained from one of the e-commerce stores, i.e. MurahJaya888 and followed by analysis using various clustering methods such as K-means, Kmedoids, Fuzzy c-means, and Mini-batch k-means. We also proposed a new model that will become the attributes cluster, namely, RFM + DP (Discount Proportion). The Discount Proportion Rate will provide more insights for customer segmentation as it helps understand purchasing behavior that is more responsive to discount utilization. Implementing these four clustering methods with RFM + DP model resulted in four clusters based on the optimal elbow method. Furthermore, the evaluation and performance metrics for each clustering algorithm indicate that Mini Batch K-Means achieved the highest silhouette score of 0.50. Meanwhile, K-Means obtained the highest CH index value compared to the other algorithms, which was 1056.

In the modern world, the fashion industry is constantly evolving, and digital technologies are having an increasingly significant impact on its development. Therefore, the research relevance is determined by the need to explore the features of modern digital fashion concerning the commercial aspect, ethical issues and concept of sustainable fashion. This research aims to predict the prospects for the development of digital fashion in the fashion and design industry, and is based on the following methods: analytical, comparative, generalisation and systematisation methods. The study results showed that digital fashion is becoming increasingly popular among well-known brands, designers and fashion houses, while the commercial use of digital fashion is expanding thanks to the non-fungible token (NFT) platform and other digital tools. At the same time, the research also identifies ethical issues related to the protection of intellectual property in digital reality. Furthermore, the research analyses the segmentation of the digital fashion market and forecasts the development of this industry until 2030 and beyond. In terms of the relationship with the concept of sustainable fashion, it is found that digital fashion can contribute to sustainable development by reducing the use of physical resources and preserving the environment.
