The COVID-19 pandemic in 2021 has affected the education in Indonesia, including the institution of Universitas Ahmad Dahlan (UAD) Yogyakarta. The existence of educational institutions requires existence to gain the trust of the community. Public relations become an element that plays a role. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of media helps the public in obtaining and conveying information, including media coverage. Therefore, it is important for university public relations to have a good relationship with the media, considering that the media is a source of information providers. This study aims to determine the implementation of media relations carried out by UAD Public Relations in maintaining its image during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021. The goal is to know and understand the implementation of media relations applied, starting from the research stage, preparation, communicating a program, and evaluations. This research method uses a qualitative with a case study approach and was analyzed using John E. Marston's R-A-C-E Formula. Based on data, at the research stage the implementation is not maximized, so that offline activities have no substitute activities. At the action stage, media relations activities include preparation of public relations writing skills, release materials, and advertising publication materials. Stages of communication conducting media relations activities, namely making press releases and advertising publications. In addition, to build a good relationship with the media, UAD Public Relations maintains personal contact with media partners, provides souvenirs, and Feast Day gifts. Finally, at the evaluation stage, UAD Public Relations monitors publications and program evaluation.

Yaketunis is a foundation that has a vision and mission to make blind people equal to others, including memorizing the Qur'an with inclusive methods. What needs to be considered in memorizing the Qur'an is the method and communication pattern. Both of these have an important role in determining the success of memorizing the Qur'an and increasing its memorization power programmatically. The author categorizes memorization teaching materials in the Qur'an memorization process for visually impaired people using three methods and one type of inclusive communication. They are murottal, talaqqi, and combination methods. Then the communication pattern used is interpersonal communication. This paper discusses the communication pattern of memorizing the Qur'an for the visually impaired and explores memorization activities in Yaketunis Yogyakarta. This paper is expected to add to the scientific treasure in the field of disability and inclusive Islam. This type of writing is based on an ethnographic study with qualitative methods. The theory used in this writing is Devito's interpersonal communication theory. The results of this study show that Yaketunis students are able to memorize the Qur'an, they need media to help memorize such as digital Al-Qur'an, murottal recordings, and Braille Al-Qur'an. The conclusion is that with the modification of the communication method of memorizing the Qur'an, students with visual disabilities will be able to follow the method of memorizing the Qur'an in Yaketunis. The existence of tutors, and their communication patterns and the availability of appropriate learning media will determine the effectiveness of Yaketunis students in memorizing the Qur'an.

This essay examines the framing of the Sleman female mutilation murder case as reported in web publications Suara.com and Tribunnews.com between March and August of 2023. The framing analysis method is used in this study to identify typical journalism practices like as sensationalism, balance, and attention-grabbing headlines when covering the mutilation murder of women in Sleman in online media outlets like Suara.com and Tribunnews.com. The framing analysis method developed by Robert N. Entman is a qualitative research strategy that is used to highlight the important elements in the news text. The results of the investigation demonstrate that the corresponding online publications, Suara.com and Tribunnews.com, prioritize women as news objects, use bombastic and spectacular news titles, and produce vulgar words in their journalism..
