Application of Carbon Nanoparticles in Tracing Sentinel Lymph Node in Endometrial Cancer

Abstract: Carbon nanoparticle (CNP) tracer technology is a new type of tracing method adopted in the medical field. It can black stain the pelvic lymph node of endometrial cancer and has many advantages such as non-invasiveness and easy tolerance. To analyze the indicative role of CNP in the diagnosis of sentinel lymph node (SLN) metastasis in endometrial cancer (EC) patients, 102 patients who were diagnosed as EC by hysteroscopy were deemed as the research objects. The two-point method was adopted to inject CNP suspen… Show more

“…The photoinduced local gate voltage has a relationship with the applied gate voltage. [ 60 ] In fact, the interface trap states are gradually filled by electrons with the rise of the Fermi level, i.e., by applying positive gate voltages. This mechanism leaves the corresponding photogenerated holes to recombine with the free electrons in the channel so that both processes contribute to lowering the carrier concentration.…”

“…Under illumination, photogenerated carriers are trapped and accumulated by defects at the nanotube/dielectric interface. [ 111,112 ] If a type of photogenerated carriers are trapped and established in a certain spatial distribution, they generate an additional electric field that has a modulating effect on the channel, called the optical‐gating electric field. Since detrapping requires a certain time, the conductance remains stable after the light is turned off.…”

“…Carbon nano-spheres showed an increase in the active sites for bacterial adhesion, which led to an increase in electron transfer rates and a significant improvement in energy density and non-toxicity to bacteria, which indicates the possibility of using them in practical application, as they are low cost [ 58 , 59 ].…”
