Modern social trends are intensively transforming supply chains and the last mile as their most complex and most expensive segment. For the realization of the last mile, various solutions can be defined which combine initiatives, technologies, and concepts of city logistics. The successful implementation of these solutions depends on the characteristics of the city, the goals of stakeholders, and the ability to achieve economic, social, and environmental sustainability. In accordance with that, this paper defines innovative sustainable last mile solutions and evaluates their potential application in the real-life logistics system of the city. As evaluation requires consideration of a large number of criteria, this is a problem of multicriteria decision-making, and for solving it, a novel hybrid model that combines Delphi, FARE (Factor Relationship), and VIKOR (Višekriterijumska Optimizacija i Kompromisno Rešenje) methods in the fuzzy environment has been developed. The applicability of the model is demonstrated in the example of evaluating the last mile solution for the central business district of the City of Belgrade. A combination of microconsolidation centers and autonomous vehicles is obtained as the most favorable solution.

The traditional tourism-driven real estate economic growth quality evaluation model has the problem of low fitting degree and dynamic degree. In order to solve this problem, a tourism-driven real estate economic growth quality evaluation method based on an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed. In order to reduce the solution scale of tourism-driven real estate economic growth quality evaluation, the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the possibility index, severity index, and economic growth quality index of tourism-driven real estate economic growth and screen and rank the economic growth quality. The discrete zoning model is used to determine the economic growth level of tourism-driven real estate. Using the Mahalanobis distance of multiattribute vector of economic growth quality evaluation index, the distance from the risk element to positive ideal solution and negative ideal solution is defined. By calculating the closeness of data economic growth quality element, this paper constructs a tourism-driven real estate economic growth quality evaluation model. The experimental results show that the model has high dynamics and reliability and greatly improves the joint evaluation effect of tourism-driven real estate economic growth quality.

Expansion of green bond markets as an appropriate way to lower environmental pollution is one of the most debatable issues among scholars. However, the expansion of this market is not a simple matter and depends on several factors. The main purpose of this study is to carry out a multi-dimensional analysis using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to find and prioritize factors influencing the development of green bond markets. As a case, we do our analysis for Vietnam that, since the last years, has been trying to expand green bond market as an effective investment channel to finance low-carbon projects. The main findings revealed that legal infrastructure, official interest rate of green bonds, and economic stability are the most important factors directly affecting green bond market expansion. Therefore, economic and legal requirements should be addressed by policy makers. As major policy implications, we recommend an affordable price of green bonds and improvement of economic and financial stability to accelerate the development of green bond markets.
