Abstract: Acoustic techniques find wide application in Liquid Metal Fast Breeder Reactors (LMFBRs) for ensuring its high reliability, safety and plant availability. Various surveillance methods based on acoustic technique can be employed in these reactors to detect deviations from normal operating conditions.
