With the development of the times, in the process of intelligent city development, the requirements for various indicators of urban facilities are constantly improved, and the teaching should also change with the changes of the times. MOOC storm was initiated by Harvard, MIT, Stanford and other top universities in the world, and then it shook the whole education circle. With the introduction of MOOCs into China, well-known MOOCs in China have also joined the army. Combining with the new teaching mode, we can realize the reengineering of the teaching process and redefine the classroom by flipping the classroom. This new teaching mode based on MOOCs has been popularized and applied in most subjects, and has achieved verifiable results. Although there are related studies, qualitative studies are still the main ones. There are few quantitative studies. The establishment of MOOC Center provides a better learning platform for teachers and students. In the process of learning and teaching, students and teachers can use this new teaching method to find more professional learning materials through Internet teaching on this perfect platform, so as to promote their professionalism and interest in learning table tennis. This study will study the teaching of table tennis in colleges and universities, and establish an evaluation model of teaching effect, so as to study whether this teaching model can play a positive role in students' learning sports theoretical knowledge, improving and mastering ball skills in the process of college public physical education. At the same time, the study habits of online learning are analyzed, and the characteristics of students' learning problems, learning patterns and behavior habits are excavated, which can provide reference for educational reform and innovation.

In order to make the traditional national sports can be inherited in a lasting way, this paper focuses on the study of national traditional sports culture inheritance from the perspective of moral education. Firstly, we add the teaching content of traditional ethnic sports in physical education courses; secondly, we use the weight update method and base classifier in the weighting function to improve it. And finally, we use the system to conduct experiments. The results show that the teaching experiment of pearl ball as the teaching content of public physical education courses can better improve students’ performance in 4 qualities, and the improved teaching mode can promote students’ learning attitude towards physical education. From the perspective of cultural inheritance, it is of practical significance to explore the new mode of national traditional sports education in colleges and universities under the new conditions of the times in order to inherit traditional national sports and enrich the cultural connotation of college students.

Therefore, in the information age, big data, which involves information in a specific key or specialized field, has gradually begun to receive a lot of attention in recent years. In 2011, the US consulting firm McKinsey and Company first proposed the arrival of the “era of big data” and in August 2015 in China’s State Council issued a notice of action outline “to promote the development of big data.” Meanwhile, big data has gradually become an important factor in driving national reform and innovation, promoting scientific and technological progress, improving the way society is managed, and guiding changes in education and research. Big data is driving a very influential shift in thinking in an era where big data is changing the way we live, becoming the way we understand the world, and gradually becoming the source of new inventions and services. At the same time, the rapid development of big data technology for physical education teachers needs big data for management and training and other institutional managers to provide more effective ways and means of education management, but up to now, the status of big data for management is still another serious challenge, sports and training and other institutions of big data and processing process of data nonintelligent, nonclosed-loop processing, data nonlinked processing, etc. Many problems are also still very obvious. According to the new characteristics of sports big data refinement management, the current situation of sports professional training institutions teacher management, combined with sports training institutions to find some more practical sports training institutions teachers big data management methods can effectively improve the efficiency of management, teacher team building, strengthen sports training institutions to improve the quality of teaching teachers, and promote the overall quality of students have a positive impact.
