Abstract:Alocasia of Indonesian endemic has significant market potential. However, the scarcity of qualified seedlings hampered their commercialization. The purpose of this study was to obtain the best sterilization technique and media for in vitro propagation of Alocasia cuprea through the organogenesis pathway using microbulblet explants.
