Aplikasi maserat buah mangrove Avicennia marina sebagai pengawet alami ikan nila segar

Abstract: Proses pengawetan ikan merupakan salah satu bagian penting dari mata rantai industri perikanan, dimana  kesegaran ikan dipertahankan  selama mungkin  dengan cara menghambat penyebab kemunduran mutu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh maserat  kasar dari buah mangrove  Avicennia marina  yang berpotensi sebagai bahan pengawet alami ikan segar.
