The dynamism of the application information technology in the health sector, especially in hospitals, which is currently being developed is the electronic medical record (EMR). Global competition in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 makes all hospitals have to be ready for the changes that will occur in the management of medical record management. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture with individual readiness as a mediator on championing behavior in the implementation of electronic medical records (EMR) at Muhammadiyah Hospital. Respondents amounted to 133 people consisting of professional health workers who will later be involved implementation of EMR. The research instrument was in the form of a questionnaire via a google form link. Analysis using SEM (structural equation model) with Lisrel. The results showed that organizational culture significantly affected individual readiness (?=0.67, t-value=7.40). Organizational culture has a significant effect on championing behavior (?=0.42, t-value=4.10). Individual readiness significantly affects championing behavior (?=0.48 , t-value = 4.56). Individual readiness is also a significant mediator of the relationship between organizational culture and championing behavior (complementary mediation type). A strong organizational culture will support the readiness of the organization's planned changes. A strong organizational culture also influences behavior to fight for the success of the change plan. Through individual readiness, organizational culture influences behavior to fight for the successful implementation of EMR. A problem that often occurs in construction projects is the delay in the implementation process. Various factors cause the delay, but in developing countries such as Indonesia, the dominant delay occurs because the implementing contractor causes it for unforgivable reasons (non-excusable delay). This study aims to determine the influence of the non-excusable delay parameter and the relationship between these factors. The research is quantitative with data collection techniques in the form of unstructured interviews, field observations, and surveys using research questionnaires with the number of respondents obtained as many as 33 people consisting of the owner, construction management consultant, quantity surveyor consultant, and ends with confirmation of the results. Research on the implementing contractor. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis. The test results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the non-excusable delay factor can significantly affect the completion of construction projects. The influence of each element is 0.434 units for the lack of contractor competence, 0.067 units for inappropriate implementation planning, and -0.097 for inefficient field management units. And simultaneously, these three factors can significantly increase the project delay value index.

This study aimed to determine the correlation between practical sentence mastery and learning activities with paragraph writing ability. The research method uses the correlation method. Data has collected after all the events in question directly. The technique used in collecting data is a test and questionnaire technique. The research data analysis technique uses a simple and multiple correlation coefficient statistical formulae. Based on the results of research conducted at SD 01 Ujung Gunung Ilir Menggala Tulang Bawang, it is known that learning activities and practical sentence mastery are very significant indicators and determinants of the ability to write paragraphs. It can be seen the results of the study show that the relationship between effective sentence mastery with the ability to write paragraphs can be seen from the value of the regression coefficient of 0.7599 or 75.99%. This value indicates that every 1 per cent increase in learning activity will increase the ability to write paragraphs by 75.99%, assuming other factors do not change. The relationship between effective sentence mastery and paragraph writing ability can be seen from the zero-order correlation coefficient of 0.8299 or 82.99%.
