Aortic Impingement in Displaced Traumatic Spine Fracture with Complete Spinal Cord Transection: A Case Report

Abstract: Aortic impingement associated with traumatic thoracic spinal fractures is a rare and potentially lethal complication that creates management challenges in an already complex clinical problem.
