Chest computed tomography (CT) showed ADA. The patient underwent aortic dissection and cavity isolation surgery; subsequently, the patient was found to be febrile. Blood culture detected the presence of Salmonella infection. We concluded that the case presented was mycotic aneurysm due to Salmonella infection.
