Aortic dissection or spontaneous renal artery dissection, a rare diagnosis?

Abstract: Spontaneous renal artery dissection (SRAD) is a rare entity causing muscle spasm due to acute low back pain, back pain, or flank pain symptoms or misleading clinical diagnosis such as renal colic.
