“…We propose that, by developing and reviewing, in isolation, KERs that require extensive literature searches and evidence gathering, the development of complete AOPs and AOP networks will be accelerated. Therefore, having already presented a first case study [111], this report represents our second effort in developing peer-reviewed KERs independently of AOPs as proof of concept. KER2273 is also meant to encourage the development of novel test methods that will aid screening of chemicals, endocrine disruptor identification, risk assessment, and subsequent regulation.…”
