Anytime heuristic search for scheduling flexible manufacturing systems: a timed colored Petri net approach

Abstract: Given the fluctuations in demand, diversity in products, production flexibility requirements, and tight customer due dates, obtaining optimal production schedules is considered a complex research problem.
