Any Capacitor Stable LVR Using Sub-unity Gain Positive Feedback Loop in 65nm CMOS

Abstract: In this paper a fully on-chip, an linear voltage regulator (LVR) using sub-u feedback loop and NMOS pass element is pr gain of the loop decouples loop stability from value thus realizing any capacitor stable regu shown to be stable for wide range of output from 1nF to 40μF. Regulator output settles in peak voltage variation of 158mV for a load c 115mA in 0.14μs with 1nF output capacitance. better for higher values of output capacitanc 1.25V output from 1.6V input while using a supply and occupies 0.18mm 2 in 6… Show more
