Anxiety and Depression in Staff of Mental Units: The Role of Burnout

Abstract: One of the most investigated areas is the study of job stress and anxiety and its effects on the professionals' mental health status. The purpose of this study was to research the levels of anxiety and depression in staff that works in mental units and if burnout is related with these mental health parameters.
