Anwerbeprogramme in der Pflege:

Abstract: In diesem Beitrag wird gezeigt, dass die Zunahme staatlicher und privater Anwerbung von Pflegefachkräften nach Deutschland als Versuch einer räumlichen „Lösung“ der Krise sozialer Reproduktion in ihrer Manifestation eines eklatanten Arbeitskraftmangels im institutionellen Gesundheits- und Pflegesektor verstanden werden kann.  Der Beitrag diskutiert empirisch die Positionen von Arbeitgeberverbänden, Gewerkschaften und Berufsverbänden zur Anwerbung.
