We intend that they be used by researchers and conservation practitioners for understanding the ecology, behaviour and conservation of Australia's frogs, as have earlier unpublished versions (Rowley et al, 2019;Mitchell et al, 2020;Weaver et al, 2020), but they are available for any non-commercial use. The species richness and individual species distributions may help inform analyses of species endemism or biogeography, or to determine the coverage of protected areas relative to the distribution of threatened species, and even identify priority areas for habitat protection.…”
