Anulamycins A–F, Cinnamoyl-Containing Peptides from a Lake Sediment Derived Streptomyces

Abstract: Bioinformatics analysis of a whole genome sequence coupled with HPLC-DAD analysis revealed that Streptomyces sp. Hu103 has the capacity to produce skyllamycin analogues. A subsequent chemical investigation of this strain yielded four new cinnamoyl-containing cyclopeptides, anulamycins A−D (1−4), two new cinnamoyl-containing linear peptides, anulamycins E and F (5 and 6), and two known cyclopeptides, skyllamycins A (7) and B (8). Their structures including absolute configurations were elucidated by detailed ana… Show more

“…Subsequently in 2015, Etheridge [7] verified this finding again in his experiment. Wang Juan [8] and others further improved and extended this correlation finding in their experiments for Lake Abbey in 2017, constructed a multiple linear regression model for BOD indicators, and further promoted the research of regression prediction model for BOD indicators based on 3D fluorescence spectra.2021, Dai Yuan [9] and others also used 3D fluorescence spectroscopy and linear support vector regression algorithms to establish a concentration of BOD indicators. The correlation coefficient between the predicted value and the actual measured value is greater than 0.9.…”
