Anton's Syndrome Presenting as Vertigo

Abstract: Anton's syndrome is a rare cause of vertigo. Its diagnosis may be hindered by confabulatory claims of normal vision by the patient. Any cause of cortical blindness may result in Anton's syndrome, the commonest being a posterior circulation stroke.
