Antitumor immunity of human SART3 gene vaccine against mouse tumor in vitro/vivo

Abstract: To determine whether squamous cell carcinoma antigen recognized by human T cell 3 (SART3) gene can induce antitumor immunity against tumor cells which express the gene, we constructed mouse tumor cells expressing human SART3 (LM8-SART3) and carried out experiments in vitro/vivo.
