Antitumor Effect in Vivo of the New Pyridine Compound

Abstract: Abstract. The study was the antitumor activity of a new compound - a pyridine derivative (LHT-13-19). On the culture of human colon cancer HCT116, the suppressive concentration of LHT-13-19 was determined during incubation of tumor cells in the concentration range from 10-9 to 10-7 M. The survival of tumor cells was also determined in the MTT test.
