Abstract: Abstract. Epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors (EGFR-TKIs) have demonstrated efficacy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, their clinical efficacy is limited by acquired resistance.
