Antisynthetase Syndrome With Paraneoplastic Antibodies

Abstract: Antisynthetase syndrome (ASyS) is an uncommon systemic autoimmune disorder characterized by the presence of autoantibodies targeting aminoacyl-transfer RNA (tRNA) synthetase. The syndrome displays a diverse range of clinical manifestations affecting multiple organs, thereby posing a diagnostic challenge.
