Abstract:Cyclophosphamide is an alkylating antineoplastic drug and has been shown to impair spermatogenesis after chronic exposures. The purpose of this investigation was to determine the effect of cyclophosphamide on sperm production in hamsters following subacute intraperitoneal (ip) exposures.
