Antisense Inhibitors Retain Activity in Pulmonary Models of Burkholderia Infection

Abstract: The Burkholderia cepacia complex is a group of Gram-negative bacteria that are opportunistic pathogens in immunocompromised individuals, such as those with cystic fibrosis (CF) or chronic granulomatous disease (CGD).
