Abstract: In this study, a Gram-stain-positive, non-motile, oxidase- and catalase-negative, rod-shaped, bacterial strain (SG_E_30_P1T) that formed light yellow colonies was isolated from a groundwater sample of Sztaravoda spring, Hungary.
