“…The raspberry extracts had higher ABTS values relative to the DPPH scavenging activity, meaning there may be compounds in the samples that were responsible for the difference. Obeng et al [33] investigated the antioxidant activity of C. olitorius grown in Ghana after drying the leaves in an oven at 55°C for 6 h.
