Abstract:The polyherbal formulation of the Siddha chooranam comprised of 15 traditionally used herbs explore for the treatment of wound. The present investigation was mainly focused on the phytochemical, antioxidant potential and antimicrobial activities.The phytochemicals constituents in the herbal formulation revealed positive response of significant secondary metabolites.
