Antioxidant and selected chemical properties of the flowers of three different varieties of Butterfly Pea (<i>Clitoria ternatea</i> L.)

Abstract: Butterfly pea (Clitoria ternatea L.) is used for production of herbal teas, herbal juices and having a potential to use in culinary purposes.
