Antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of hydrophilic extracts from shallot and garlic bulbs, and their effects on round scad during iced storage

Abstract: The present study aimed to investigate the in vitro antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of hydrophilic extracts prepared from shallot and garlic bulbs, and their effects on round scad during iced storage.
