Antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of seed ethanol extracts of Rubus coreanus miquel

Abstract: This study investigated the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of seed ethanol extracts from Rubus coreanus Miquel (SERC). To investigate the antioxidant activity, total polyphenol and flavonoid content, ABTS and DPPH radical scavenging activity, and reducing power were measured.
