Abstract:As a result of this study, DPPH radical scavenging activity was 81.8% at a concentration of 100 μg/mL of Alpinia galanga L. rhizome 70% ethanol extract (AG.E), and ABTS + radical scavenging activity was confirmed to be 99.8%, similar to L-Ascorbic acid (AA), at a low concentration of 50 μg/mL AG.E.
