Antioxidant Activity of Three Honey Samples in relation with Their Biochemical Components

Abstract: The antioxidant activities based on the free radical scavenging, reducing power, and bleaching inhibition were investigated for the three commonly used honeys in Malaysia, namely, tualang, gelam, and acacia honey.
