Antioxidant Activity of Natural Allylpolyalkoxybenzene Plant Essential Oil Constituents

Abstract: Free-radical-scavenging capacity antioxidant and membrane-protective properties of natural and related synthetic allylpolyalkoxybenzenes with different numbers of alkoxy/methoxy groups in the aromatic ring were evaluated using several in vitro models.
