Antioxidant Activity of Crocodile Oil (Crocodylus siamensis) on Cognitive Function in Rats

Abstract: Crocodile oil (CO) is rich in monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids. The antioxidant activity and cognitive effect of monounsaturated fatty acids and polyunsaturated fatty acids have been largely reported.
