Antimicrobial Potential of Trichaptum Biforme and Bjerkandera Adusta from Pennsylvania, USA

Abstract: The antimicrobial potential of Trichaptum biforme and Bjerkandera adusta extracts were evaluated on some selected bacteria and Candida albicans. Our results showed that aqueous, methanol and ethanol extracts of T. biforme and B. adusta exhibited no antimicrobial activity against Candida albicans.
