Abstract:Purpose of review
Antimelanoma differentiation antigen 5-dermatomyositis (MDA5-DM) is a complex and serious systemic autoimmune disease that primarily affects the skin and lungs. In this review, we aimed to provide new insights into the clinical features, pathogenesis, and practical management approach for this disease.
