Antihypertensive Therapy Increases Cerebral Blood Flow and Carotid Distensibility in Hypertensive Elderly Subjects

Abstract: Abstract-Many physicians are reluctant to lower blood pressure to recommended levels in elderly hypertensive patients because of concern about producing cerebral hypoperfusion.
