Antihypertensive Effect of Novel Functional Fermented Milk in Induced High Blood Pressure Rats

Abstract: The effect of functional fermented milk rich in bioactive peptides on blood pressure, lipid profile, antioxidant status and some organ's in hypertensive-induced rats was studied.
